TEEP is 'Total Effective Equipment Productivity'
TEEP returns a percentage that represents the portion of production of good parts vs. the total available time.
TEEP requires three inputs:
PHP(m), Total Time and PHP(a)PHP(m) = The maximum number of parts per hour the equipment is capable of running as per OEM.
Total Time = The sample time frame in hours. ie: week (168), month (720)
PHP(a) = The actual number of good parts produced.
